Digitalization of management and billing in communities
Apptec developed a digital solution to support shared heating expense billing, integrating community administration and mobile operation in a single platform. Metrogas needed a solution to support billing of shared expenses related to heating for ServiBolsas clients. From that need, Apptec developed a platform aimed at facilitating operational and administrative community management, integrating information visibility and digital process support. The project included a web administration experience and a mobile app for concierges and residents, enabling information centralization and improved daytoday operation of the solution shown in this case.


The challenge
The project needed to support a sensitive operational process: management and billing of shared heating expenses in a context involving communities, administrators, concierges, and residents. The challenge was to translate this need into a clear and operational digital tool, capable of organizing information, facilitating community administration, and supporting billing and tracking-related processes.
The solution
The project resulted in a digital solution made up of three key components: • Community System • Community Administration System • Concierge/Resident mobile app This solution enabled better operational structuring, information centralization, and digital support for a key management and community billing process.
