Web and mobile platform connected in real time
Apptec developed a new version of RM Macal’s digital platform, integrating web operation, internal management, and a mobile selfinspection app connected to its systems in real time. RM Macal needed to evolve its digital ecosystem to support online vehicle and property buying/selling operations, better integrating internal processes and supporting platform growth. Based on that challenge, Apptec developed a new version of its web app and a complementary mobile solution, designed to connect platforms, support multiple realtime users, and improve business operational management.
The challenge
The project required organizing and scaling management of operations related to light vehicles, connecting different internal systems and ensuring continuity between operation, publishing, and inspection. The challenge was to build a solution capable of integrating with multiple platforms via APIs, supporting internal processes, and sustaining a stronger digital experience for online operations.
The solution
Apptec developed a new version of the Remates Macal web application, connected in real time with different internal platforms to support operations and information synchronization. In addition, a custom mobile selfinspection app was designed for iPad and mobile devices, extending operations to the field and facilitating evaluation and dataentry processes. The solution combined web product, systems integration, and mobile capabilities in one digital ecosystem.
