Emergency management digitalization
Apptec designed an interactive solution to transform an internal operational diagram into a digital emergencymanagement tool, facilitating task consultation and execution of critical processes during supply outages. Aguas Andinas needed to turn an internal emergency response scheme into a more usable, accessible, and operational digital tool. Based on an internaluse diagram, Apptec developed an interactive solution that allowed users to visualize task details and responsibilities within the outage management process. The project focused on turning complex information into a clearer interface to support operations and coordination in critical scenarios.


The challenge
The starting point was a complete response diagram prepared for Aguas Andinas in supply outage scenarios. However, due to its size and complexity, the document was not practical as an operational tool for users who needed to execute specific actions within the process. The challenge was to translate that response model into software that allowed access to information according to each user’s tasks and needs, improving consultation, interpretation, and use of the operational flow in emergency contexts.

The solution
Apptec developed an interactive system for Aguas Andinas emergency management, taking the existing operational diagram as a base and adding an interaction layer oriented to real team usage.The solution enabled:• Structured visualization of the response flow• Consultation of responsibilities and activities within the process• Access to operational detail by specific tasks• Transformation of a complex document into a digital operational support toolFrom a functional standpoint, the system turned a static scheme into a navigable and more actionable interface for highcriticality scenarios.-
