CRM platform for real-estate management
MobySuite is a CRM specialized for the realestate industry, designed to centralize commercial, operational, and documentation management for realestate firms and developers. The goal of the project was to create a platform capable of managing the full realestate sales cycle: from lead prospecting and sales followup to quote generation, purchase promises, and administrative processes associated with each project. To achieve this, Apptec designed and developed a scalable technological architecture capable of handling large volumes of information and transactions, allowing real-estate companies to operate with greater efficiency, control, and traceability.

The challenge
The realestate market faces a structural problem: a large portion of commercial and administrative processes are managed in disconnected tools, spreadsheets, or generic systems that do not address the sector’s specific needs. This creates multiple operational frictions:- • Loss of commercial information • Manual processes that are hard to scale • Low visibility over the sales pipeline • Difficulty managing multiple projects in parallel The challenge was to design a technological solution capable of centralizing all these processes in a single platform, adapting to each real-estate company’s specific needs while supporting complex operations with high volumes of quotes and transactions.

Apptec developed MobySuite as a CRM platform specialized in the realestate sector,- designed to integrate commercial, administrative, and documentation management in a single system. The platform allows realestate companies to:- • Manage leads and sales opportunities • Track clients and sales pipeline • Generate property quotes • Manage purchase promises • Centralize real-estate project information The system was built with a flexible architecture that adapts to each company’s specific processes, incorporating custom operational flows and tailored reporting. Cloud infrastructure allows secure scaling, ensuring availability, performance, and capacity to handle high volumes of operations.
